• respond to enquiries and discuss whether coaching is appropriate;
• provide coaching, feedback, and related guidance;
• manage bookings, scheduling, and rescheduling;
• issue invoices and process payments;
• maintain accurate service and correspondence records.

Information is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Drafts and documents you share are kept only for as long as needed to support our work together.
